Whizzed pay WR in Redhill on the train in to Nottingham which wrenched my heart a little but excited about the plan to crew to Lincoln.
Meet Samcii our captain and blossom in Nottingham at lunchtime and we are off mid afternoon. The Trent is a beautiful river wide with tree lined banks and little sign of people.
Departed Meadow lock in Nottingham 6 October with Samci, blossom, Lenny and Mary.
Dropped Blossom off at Fiskerton and carried on to stop over night at Farndon, had dinner at The Boat House.
Arrived central Lincoln in the evening 7 Oct.
