16-18 22-26 September had a few days messing around on the Nottingham canal. Quick weekend trip to Scotland for Dave’s birthday leaving the boat in Beeston marina again.
Stopped for a few days at meadow lock, (no meadows in sight!) not my favourite mooring option but close enough to walk to Samci on the Trent before moving the boat to Redhill lock with blossom’s help. Left Wild Rover on a public mooring with marina staff kindly offering to keep an eye and headed back to London to wait for the canals to open up again.
